Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring the products are securely protected during transit.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid return label provided via our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand over your parcel at the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
